IMPORTANT: Ground Turkey Recall from Cargill

Just a heads up to all the couponers and bargain hunters that stock up on meat in their stock-pile. There has been a recall on ground turkey from Cargill.

A month ago Cargill recalled 36 million pounds of turkey that tested positive for samonella, now they have another recall for ground turkey with the code #P963 in the USDA Seal. It has tested positive for the same samonella that caused the first recall. If you have the code #P963 in USDA seal, return it back to your store.

So far 185,000 pounds of ground turkey have been taken back and the numbers keep growing! So be careful my coupon lovers and don't purchase or keep any ground turkey that has been recalled.
