Peanut Butter Cookies

"This is definitely the easiest recipe ever!"

  • 1 cup of peanut butter, smooth or chunky it doesn't matter
  • 1 cup sugar, plus a little extra for tossing into
  • 1 egg

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375"F. Stir together the sugar, peanut butter and an egg in a large bowl
2. Roll dough into 1-inch balls in it to coat. Place two-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets
3. Press each ball down with a fork to make a crisscross design. Bake for 10-minutes or until cookies just start to brown on the edges. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Makes about two dozen.

Hash Brown Egg

"This is one of my favorite easy to do breakfast recipes. I know you will absolutely love it."
1 cup of shredded potato
1 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of grated cheddar
2 eggs
1/4 stick of butter
salsa to serve
Directions:
In a hot skillet, add potato, onion and butter until crisp (add extra butter if needed). Add cheese and crack to eggs. Place in oven at 425"F till sets. Top off with salsa and ready to serve.

If you would like to make your own salsa, just dice up tomato, jalapeno, onion, & parsely. Delicious!
